Free services during Warranty will be valid against stamped guarantee
cards & original invoice only.
Warranty of compressor or motor varies depend on the warranty card
described period.
OUT OF WARRANTY
Customer must pay the inspection fees in advance.
After inspection is completed an estimation of the remaining service
charges and spare parts fees will be provided to the customer for
approval.
Service and Freon charges are not covered by warranty of compressor
after the second year from date of purchase.
GENERAL TERMS
To request a home service, the customer must register an appointment by calling our unified number below or by booking directly on our website.
The Warranty does not cover failures resulting from misuse and ignoring
maintenance or due to fluctuation in power supply or in adherence to
the operation and installation instructions in the product manual or the
warranty card or removing or altering the serial number sticker or any
product repaired by an unauthorized party.
The warranty does not cover using the product for any commercial use or using the product other than home usage.
In case of repairs involving spare parts/repair charges prior to repair
work, customer has to pay a deposit with a signed agreement at our
conditions.
The customer must sign on the service request prior to any repair
(warranty – out of warranty).
Customer has to sign the initial checklist including the aesthetic
condition of the unit before & after receiving as we have to right to
refuse the repair unless signed.
